Our Client is seeking a Senior Compliance Administrator in Jersey

This role involves supporting the compliance team within a Financial Services company, ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal obligations, and maintaining a strong compliance culture across the business. Responsibilities include conducting compliance monitoring, financial crime screening, adverse media checks, and providing risk management insights to various stakeholders. The successful candidate will also support policy reviews, assist the MLCO/MLRO, and coach colleagues in AML/CFT/CPF controls.

Applicants should have experience in Compliance, preferably within a financial services environment, with knowledge of Jersey regulations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams are essential. Familiarity with KYC processes and financial crime mitigation is highly desirable.
