Our client has an opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Executive to join its Local Banking Team.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by addressing complex inquiries, providing tailored solutions, and supporting clients across various banking products including savings, loans, and credit services. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
Key responsibilities include handling escalated cases, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role requires proactive communication, a keen interest in banking products, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. You will also support the implementation of customer service policies and monitor operational risks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency with banking software and CRM tools, and a proactive mindset prepared to attend client events when necessary.
