Our Client has an opening for a Senior Facilities Manager
Join a leading financial services group as their Senior Facilities Manager. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of office estates across eight jurisdictions. You will lead office projects, manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the employee and client experience. The role includes overseeing relocations, fit-outs, maintenance, and cost management, with regular international travel involved.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management within multi-site or multi-jurisdictional environments, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to lead office relocation and consolidation projects. Knowledge of health and safety, building compliance, and vendor management is essential. Corporate real estate or facilities experience supporting financial or regulated environments will be advantageous.
