Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Fund Administrator. The successful applicant will be part of a team which has responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of closed-ended investment funds and related structures. They will utilise their skills and experience to ensure that all responsibilities for the smooth and efficient operation of these structures are discharged appropriately with particular emphasis on the timely and accurate production of all company secretarial and administration tasks and matters. The portfolio comprises funds that invest in venture capital and private equity and are managed by a leading European investment manager.
Requirements:
- Two to three years’ experience of the administration of fund structures, preferably those that invest in the same / similar asset classes and will be expected to have a sound knowledge of the fund administration business, fund documentation in general and private equity / venture capital funds in particular.
- Undertaking or have completed the CGI (previously ICSA) or similar qualification
