Senior Fund Administrator - Private Equity

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Fund Administrator to join their Private Equity team.

The successful candidate will carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a complex range of funds, management companies, and associated fund structures and liaising with clients and intermediaries as necessary.
  • Coordinating all company secretarial matters, including attendance and preparation of minutes for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
  • Processing and coordinating routine and complex fund operations.
  • Ensuring accurate investor records are maintained and processing all investor changes/transfers.
  • Preparing manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and to ensure the maintenance of the electronic payments library.
  • Ensuring regulatory and statutory fillings are made in a timely manner.
  • Managing the accounts distribution and filing process.


  • Experience in, or good knowledge of, the PE Funds industry ideally within a Channel Island setting.
  • Studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
  • Sound technical financial services knowledge.
  • Very good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
