Our Client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor 

This is an opportunity to join a reputable financial services provider in Jersey as a Senior HR Advisor. In this role, you will deliver high-quality HR services, supporting employee lifecycle processes, payroll administration, workforce development, and employee relations. You will liaise confidently with senior management and contribute to various HR projects, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, and proficiency in HR systems and MS Office. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should demonstrate discretion, resilience, and a proactive attitude, with a focus on delivering a professional and engaging HR service.
