Our Client has an opening for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer within its Cloud Services team.

As the successful candidate, you will play a vital role in enhancing cloud services and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system design, administration, management, and third-level support of various cloud technologies
• Responsible for root cause resolution of complex technical issues
• Liaise with customers and prospects regarding the design of virtual infrastructures, networks, migration, and backup/DR strategies
• Mentor and guide other team members in their specialist areas of technology

Requirements:

• Strong experience in a senior systems administration role, preferably in a service provider environment
• Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems,  storage, virtualization, and security devices
• Expert knowledge of backup and replication technologies
• Proven background of providing great customer service
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively by phone, in person, or in writing
• Demonstrated high levels of accuracy with excellent time management and organizational skills
