New opportunity, Senior IT Business Partner (AI)!

The successful candidate will act as a key link between the IT department and the Business Services teams, ensuring that technology initiatives - especially those involving AI and automation - align with business goals and deliver measurable value. This role supports innovation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with a particular focus on championing the adoption and effective use of AI technologies across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Relevant industry certifications in Microsoft, ITIL are desirable.
• Higher education in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation, and their practical application in a business context.
• Certification in Business Relationship Management (BRMP) or, willingness to pursue relevant certifications is encouraged.
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in IT/business interface roles such as business analysis, systems consultancy, or business relationship management, ideally within financial services.
• Experience supporting technology change initiatives, including user training, feedback collection, and adoption support.
