Our Client is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the IT infrastructure is configured and deployed according to industry best practices
• Aid in design and implementation of new infrastructure technologies
• Providing second and third-tier technical lead support for infrastructure related requests passed up from the support desk
• Using enhanced technical skills and trouble shooting techniques to resolve IT infrastructure related issues
• Monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance
• Maintaining IT documentation to keep track of systems, configurations, and processes

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT administration or other customer support roles
• At or training towards ITIL 4 foundation, and proven experience in a service delivery environment
• Strong understanding of IP addressing, DNS, routing, and other fundamental networking principles
• Proven experience in understanding of core Microsoft infrastructure products. 
• Proven experience of hybridised infrastructure technologies, IAAS, SAAS, Storage, Networking, and compute
• Proven experience of Azure networking - this includes a deep understanding of Azure VNets, VPNs, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Load Balancers, Private Link, and NSGs
