Our Client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel!

This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice to the Board and Senior Management, supporting fiduciary structures, and managing external advisers. The successful candidate will oversee legal matters related to trust, tax, and company law, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Candidates should be a qualified Jersey advocate or English Solicitor/Barrister, preferably with experience in private practice or in-house within a trust business. Knowledge of Jersey regulations, trust and company law, and UK tax law is essential. Strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills are required.
