Our Client is seeking a Senior Management Accountant

This permanent role is based in Jersey within a prestigious financial services company. The Senior Management Accountant will play a key role in driving financial performance, acting as a Finance Business Partner, and supporting strategic decisions through robust financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, developing financial dashboards, leading budgeting cycles, and supporting compliance and audit processes. The role involves collaboration across jurisdictions and with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in management accounting, business partnering, and financial analysis. Strong commercial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and experience working with legal or offshore financial services are desirable. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and manage multiple priorities independently are essential.
