Our client, an independent Family Office Services provider, is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee a client administration team.
In this position, you will be involved in delivering a first-class administration service to high net worth clients and promoting a strong client service mentality within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational and financial performance of the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain client retention.
- Mentor team members, facilitating professional development and performance management.
- Monitor risks and maintain high service delivery standards.
Requirements:
- JFSC 'Table 4' Qualification.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience of management of a team, delivering high performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
