Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager for its Compliance team.

In this role, you will ensure that our Client's Guernsey business complies with laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will lead a team focused on compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and provide support during regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Develop Business Risk Assessments
• Oversee annual regulatory returns
• Support investigations of suspicious activity
• Contribute to policy and procedure development

Requirements:

• Previous compliance experience, preferably as a Manager or Senior Manager
• Experience in regulated finance or professional services
• Strong organisational and supervisory skills
• Solid understanding of relevant regulations
