Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Risk Oversight

In this role, you will provide independent challenge and ensure robust risk management practices across our Client's organisation. The role involves oversight of operational risk frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk reporting, supporting the development of a strong risk culture and good customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related discipline, with experience in risk and a strong understanding of regulatory standards such as GFSC/JFSC. Proven stakeholder management, analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders are essential. Professional risk qualifications and prior financial services experience are desirable.
