Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Risk to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Risk Officer in the ongoing development and delivery of the regulatory risk strategy, working in close partnership with the Executive and Board
• Lead the development of the risk appetite to support clear decision-making
• Coordination of strategy across the function and delivery of initiatives in support of this
• Analysis of risk and delivery of appropriate data-driven solutions to support the business’s approach to Financial Crime
• Manage and engage with stakeholders to enhance the business's operational approach to regulatory risk
• Deputising for the Chief Risk Officer where required

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrate a positive, collaborative and proactive engagement style, delivering strong outcomes through effective teamwork
• Ability to navigate and operate effectively within Jersey’s legal and regulatory frameworks
• Significant experience within a regulated financial services environment, with expertise in risk management or compliance
• Strong understanding of financial services regulation is essential, including across financial crime
