Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager/AD - Private Client Accounting in Jersey!

This role within a leading financial services provider offers an opportunity to lead and oversee two private client teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and team development. The role encompasses team leadership, performance management, financial oversight, project execution, process improvements, and supporting technology-based solutions. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, managed complex projects, and demonstrated a structured, deadline-driven approach.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or equivalent, proven experience in managing multiple workstreams, and excellent organisational skills. Prior experience in private client accounting is advantageous but not essential, as the emphasis is on leadership capability, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
