Our Client is seeking a Senior Manager to join its People and Culture team
Operating within a global financial services group, the successful candidate will lead employee engagement, internal communications, and culture initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves executing engagement surveys, developing communication campaigns, managing content on intranet platforms, and supporting leadership communication strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience supporting employee engagement, internal communications, or marketing within a multi-jurisdictional or global organisation. Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration, data insights, digital tools, and content creation are essential. Previous exposure to engagement platforms, reporting, and cultural initiatives will be advantageous.
