Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of technical systems such as Citrix/VMware
- Experience of configuring systems
- Proven track record in working in a Systems Analyst role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Understanding of TCP/IP, switches and routers
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and third parties
