Senior Trust Administrator

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator.

The purpose of this role is the provision of an efficient, professional administrative service and effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with third-party service providers and with various business contacts,
  • Undertake Client take on and entity formation/termination.
  • Formation and Termination of trusts, companies, and foundations in any jurisdiction
  • Transfers in/out of entities from/to other fiduciary providers.
  • Client meeting preparations and their efficient follow-up.
  • Handling documentation and resolutions concerning transactions and restructures.
  • Undertaking administrative duties and liaison with other teams in the Group to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided.
  • Support with the management of compliance issues and maintenance of records.
  • Assisting in investment reviews.
  • Liaise with accountants to ensure financial accounts are prepared and reviewed promptly.
  • Ensure proper governance around client structures in accordance with the Group’s policy and procedures.
