Senior Trust Administrator/Assistant Manager

Our Client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator/Assistant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a portfolio of own clients, some of which may be of a more complex nature
  • Maintain clients’ records, including drafting minutes and correspondence, maintaining client due diligence and ensuring all transactions are recorded and all bank accounts are reconciled
  • Ensure that Companies and Trusts under administration meet their statutory and regulatory obligations
  • To foster good client and third-party relationships and attend meetings with clients and third party relationships as required
  • To understand the fundamentals and techniques of trust administration, book-keeping and record-keeping

Key Requirements:

  • Hold an appropriate professional qualification in accordance with Table 5 or the Trust and Company Business Codes of Practice to qualify as a Category “C” employee
  • Possess good communication skills, both orally and written
  • Good clerical and business acumen skills to be able to undertake all duties with integrity and diligence
  • Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of offshore financial services and the regulatory environment, and strong interpersonal skills
