Senior Trust Officer

Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Officer.

The successful candidate will support the team and complete the day-to-day activities involved in the administration of a portfolio of Trust and Companies whilst maintaining Client Relationships. Further, they will provide a overarching quality of service to internal and external stakeholders and develop a good understanding of the JFSC/ GFSC regulations and AML/ KYC legislation (Plus any others that are relevant) and how they impact the day-to-day activities of the business. 

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand trust and company legal documents and accounts.·
  • An understanding of the relevant laws relating to ‘Trust Company Business’ in the role location.
  • An understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Fiduciary· Willingness to undertake professional studies relevant to role
  • Ability to demonstrate good communication and relationship building skills, in order to seek information, understand others, facilitate teamwork and build confidence.·
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills·
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
