Our Client is seeking a Senior Trust Officer or Assistant Manager to join their small, independent team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities
- Fulfil the client requirements by acting appropriately to deliver excellent client service
- Ensure client statutory, regulatory and tax filings are made by relevant deadlines
- Preparation for, and attendance at, client meetings and preparation of detailed notes of client meetings
- Completion of minutes or resolutions
- Liaison with the Senior Management team to ensure the client's needs are met effectively
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Proven Trust Administration experience
- Awareness of regulatory requirements, Financial Services (Jersey) Law, and requisite Orders, the TCB Code of Practice and the AML/CFT Handbook
- Highly organised, methodical and discrete, with excellent communication skills
