Our Client is seeking a Front End/Software Developer to join their team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance user-facing digital components, ensuring accessibility, usability and performance expectations are met
• Improve customer and colleague experience with relevant website and portal changes
• Deliver the front-end change with disciplined release control, documentation and post-deployment validation
• Evolve digital channels with greater internal ownership
• Deliver a consistent and maintainable digital estate by implementing components and patterns that support a more scalable, efficient and user-focused approach

Key Requirements:

• Experience delivering front-end or digital experience change in websites, portals or web-based services
• Good understanding of modern front-end development, component-based design, usability and accessibility principles
• Experience working with CMS-led or portal-led environments and collaborating effectively with back-end, integration and supplier teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences
