Technical Support Analyst

Our Client is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service desk tickets, engaging with stakeholders and deliver service excellence
  • Support the relationship with Managed Service providers to ensure efficient service delivery of 1st line support
  • Identify trends in service requests supporting reduced tickets and improved customer experience
  • Building user confidence and ability to self-help through training and production of user guides
  • Actively work with the wider team by developing knowledge of all business applications and related end-user desktop support
  • Provide end-user hybrid desktop through daily user interactions and service requests
  • Act as a bridge between technical team escalations and end-users
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing with team members, enabling an overall improved support capability

Key Requirements:

  • Aspirations to develop your career from first-level support or have prior experience as second-level technical support
  • Passion for learning new technologies and developing skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, software application support and a base understanding of business network environments
  • Self-driven with a customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills
