Our Client has an opening in their People & Culture team for an Assistant Manager on a 6-month temporary basis.
This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of employee lifecycle processes and projects aligned with our Client's People Strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Support line managers on employee matters.
- Ensure data integrity across People & Culture functions.
- Contribute to cross-jurisdictional projects.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
