Our Client is seeking a Temporary Client Relationship Manager to join its administration team for an 8-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will assist senior team members in delivering efficient, timely, and high-quality administration services to a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role involves working with diverse client structures, including trusts, companies, foundations, protected cell companies, and limited partnerships. These structures span industries such as trading companies, financial investments, private equity, tech start-ups, art, and commercial/residential properties, often across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and input tax returns for timely submission by the November deadline.
- Process payments, including distributions, fees, and third-party invoices.
- Assist with periodic reviews of trust structures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Track and follow up on action points to ensure timely completion.
- Draft fee amendment notices.
- Prepare and input annual validations for submission by the January deadline.
- Complete internal checklists.
- Accurately input and maintain data within the NAV One system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a varied trust and company environment.
- STEP/CGI/ACCA/ACA qualified or studying towards such a qualification.
- Excellent oral and written English skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines proactively.
- Team player with an efficient approach to administration.
