Our Client is seeking a Trade Mark Officer

This role is based in Jersey within a newly established Intellectual Property team. The successful candidate will be involved in the registration and examination of Trade Mark, Patent, and Design applications, supporting Jersey’s modernisation of its Trade Mark regime and contributing to its reputation as a leading International Financial Centre. You will work closely with multiple business functions, helping to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence as the team transitions into its new phase.

Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ideally, administrative experience in Intellectual Property. Analytical, research, and decision-making skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to support continuous improvement. Experience with Trade Mark legislation and case law will be advantageous but not essential. Well-structured training will be provided to support your success in this role.
