Trainee Administrator, Client Services (Real Estate)

Our client is seeking a Training to join their Real Estate team.

In this role, you'll provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in respect of the high quality administration of a portfolio of corporate clients. 

 About the role

  • Assist the team with client due diligence and undertake compliance checks in respect of new business
  • Be involved with client acceptance process
  • Support all aspects of the ongoing administration of client entities, delivering excellent client services levels at all times
  • Undertake scanning and filing of any client documentation
  • Assist with the ongoing data input within the corporate services practice management database 
  • Provide assistance to the team with the preparation of statutory and regulatory filings 
  • Prepare payment instructions 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested

  • Having good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Being able to build relationships and work as part of a team
  • A desire to succeed within a financial services role
  • A positive and flexible approach
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
