Our client is seeking a motivated Trainee Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong academic background to develop their careers in a dynamic, supportive environment. In this role, you will work as part of a team who are responsible for administering a varied and interesting portfolio of family office clients. You will support the manager and administrators in the team with a range of tasks to ensure they deliver the highest quality levels of service to clients.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting onboarding workflows, managing client documentation, and assisting with billing and statutory record-keeping. Full training will be provided in client administration, compliance, and risk management.
Candidates should have a minimum GCSE Grade C (Level 4) in English and Mathematics, good communication skills, and a keen desire to develop professionally. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential. A willingness to pursue relevant professional qualifications is encouraged.
