Trainee Administrator - Corporate Services

Our Client is seeking a Trainee Administrator, Corporate Services, to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks
  • Respond to investor and client inquiries
  • Manage transaction documents and liaise with legal professionals
  • Prepare materials for board meetings
  • Assist with regulatory filings and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with bookkeeping
  • Apply a risk-focused approach to tasks undertaken

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
