Our client is seeking a Trainee Administrator AML to join their team.
Principal Responsibilities
Full training will be provided to the role holder covering the following areas of responsibility:
- Review and Processing of Client Due Diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Client (“KYC”) documentation
- Maintain and update the CDD Tracker, High Risk Jurisdiction Register, Liaison Register, Google Alerts Register and Staff Checks Register
- Executing background checks and searches/client profiling
- Be responsible for carrying out ad-hoc World checks, Open Source searches as requested by the business
- Assist with AML and regulatory queries
- Assist with On-going Monitoring Program
- Executing Transaction Monitoring Plan
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
- Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
- Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
- Good administrative and numeracy skills
- Ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of tasks/projects
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, particularly Word, Excel and Access
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
