Our client is seeking a Trainee Administrator AML to join their team.

Principal Responsibilities 

Full training will be provided to the role holder covering the following areas of responsibility: 

  • Review and Processing of Client Due Diligence (“CDD”) and Know Your Client (“KYC”) documentation
  • Maintain and update the CDD Tracker, High Risk Jurisdiction Register, Liaison Register, Google Alerts Register and Staff Checks Register
  • Executing background checks and searches/client profiling
  • Be responsible for carrying out ad-hoc World checks, Open Source searches as requested by the business
  • Assist with AML and regulatory queries
  • Assist with On-going Monitoring Program
  • Executing Transaction Monitoring Plan

Skills, Knowledge and Attributes 

  • Attention to detail to ensure work is of a consistently high standard
  • Well organised - with accuracy and timely completion of work
  • Good administrative and numeracy skills
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of work on a number of tasks/projects
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, particularly Word, Excel and Access
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
