Our client is seeking to appoint a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their growing business. This is a great opportunity for a driven and talented individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional team. The Trainee Administrator will work on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. There will also be a number of interesting and varied ad hoc projects which will give the individual exposure to a wide variety of high quality clients. This is a position best suited to an enthusiastic individual who is eager to progress a career in fund administration and works well in a team with a willingness to commit to professional qualifications when required.
- Educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent and a willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work within a team, and also the ability to use initiative and work independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills are essential.
- Training on internal systems, controls, procedures and KYC will be given, however, it is essential that the job holder has proven computer literacy skills.
