Our Client is seeking a Trainee HR and Resourcing Administrator in Jersey!
An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual interested in developing their career in Human Resources within a dynamic financial services company. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, assisting with recruitment processes, and managing onboarding procedures. You will support hiring managers and coordinate various HR activities including interviews, documentation, and recruitment events.
Candidates should have at least 'A' level standard (grades A-C), GCSEs in Mathematics and English, and demonstrate a genuine interest in HR. Previous exposure to HR or administrative experience is advantageous. Strong organisational, communication, and computer literacy skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
