Our Client is seeking a Transaction Analyst!

A Financial services company based in Jersey is looking to appoint a Transaction Analyst. The role involves managing day-to-day administration of client entities and capital markets structures, supporting transaction setup, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position offers opportunity for development within a collaborative team environment, requiring approximately 1-2 years' experience in Trust & Corporate Services or related fields.

Requirements include strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with board packs, statutory filings, or managing client portfolios is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, good judgement, and the legal right to work in Jersey without sponsorship.
