Our client has a new opening for a Trust Administrator or Senior Trust Administrator.
The successful applicant will assist in ensuring that client matters are at all times managed effectively and efficiently and that all financial transactions are undertaken with the utmost attention to accuracy and detail.
Duties include but are not limited:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with administration of Trust, Company and other Private Client relationships in accordance with the relevant terms of the Trust Deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association and other terms of engagement
- Assist with drafting trust and company minutes and correspondence to clients
- Provide administrative assistance to team including process payments, preparing client information and maintaining records
- Understand the basic techniques of trust administration, book-keeping and record keeping
Requirements:
- Good A-Level or degree grades (ideally hold STEP Certificate or equivalent)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skill

Enjoyment of working within a busy team, contributing to the efficient operation of the portfolios
