Trust and Company Administrator

Our Client is seeking a Trust and Company Administrator to join their small, independent team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities
  • Fulfil the client requirements by acting appropriately to deliver excellent client service
  • Ensure client statutory, regulatory and tax filings are made by relevant deadlines
  • Preparation for, and attendance at, client meetings and preparation of detailed notes of client meetings
  • Completion of minutes or resolutions

Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of industry experience
  • Good basic working knowledge of trust and company administration
  • Experience with EBT’s advantageous but not essential
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements, Financial Services (Jersey) Law, and requisite Orders, the TCB Code of Practice and the AML/CFT Handbook
