Workplace Operations Administrator

Our Client is seeking a Workplace Operations Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming first point of contact for the business
  • Arrange meeting rooms, supplier liaison, and be aware of relevant Health and Safety requirements
  • Manage bookings, post and deliveries and office maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to the wider business, including supporting the Executive Support Team
  • Additional ad hoc operational responsibilities around business events and projects

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to build trusted relationships
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic and proactive approach in the workplace
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Good IT skills and experience with desktop applications
