Our Client has an opening for a Workplace Operations Administrator
Based in Jersey, this role within a financial services company offers an exciting opportunity to support workplace management and deliver exceptional service. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing meeting room facilities, liaising with suppliers, maintaining office supplies, and handling administrative tasks to ensure a smooth office environment.
Candidates should have prior support or customer service experience, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and IT skills are desirable. A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels and work effectively in a team will thrive in this role. Flexibility to work outside of standard hours may be required.
